This mopping sauce is perfect for pulled pork, and other large cuts of pork. If you are smoking a couple of Boston Butts instead of a full pork shoulder you can cut the ingredients in half.
- 1 gallon apple cider vinegar
- 1 quart Worcestershire sauce
- 10 ounces lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons black pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a big pot and bring to a full boil for about ten minutes. Store in a glass or plastic container until ready to use.
