This dry rub has just enough spices to let you know its there. It’s great for beef, pork, and poultry. If you prefer a hotter rub just double the crushed red pepper.
|2 tbsp||Coarse Salt|
|1 tspn||Ground Black Pepper|
|½ tspn||Crushed Red Pepper|
|1 tspn||Chili Powder|
|1 tspn||Lemon Pepper|
|1 tspn||Yellow Dry Mustard|
|1 tspn||Light Brown Sugar|
|½ tspn||Garlic Powder|
Combine ingredients in a bowl and stir. Shake prior to Using. You can store this dry rub in a cool spot inside an airtight container
