All Purpose Dry Rub Recipe


This dry rub has just enough spices to let you know its there. It’s great for beef, pork, and poultry. If you prefer a hotter rub just double the crushed red pepper.


 2 tbsp  Coarse Salt
 1 tspn  Ground Black Pepper
 ½ tspn  Crushed Red Pepper
 1 tspn  Chili Powder
 1 tspn  Lemon Pepper
 1 tspn  Yellow Dry Mustard
 1 tspn           Light Brown Sugar
 1/8 tspn  Cinnamon
 ½ tspn  Garlic Powder

Combine ingredients in a bowl and stir. Shake prior to Using. You can store this dry rub in a cool spot inside an airtight container
